I have absolutely hated using this pay company. I was forced to use this as a pay card from 2 different jobs, and ended up receiving 4 different debit cards. Transferring everything to one card and one account was a nightmare and the app never loads correctly or shows you your correct balance. I will never use this company again and I will urge everyone to avoid Rapid!Pay cards at all costs.

It works like a debit card but is more convenient than going to the bank or setting up direct deposit. I'd have given them FIVE stars if only they'd mailed my custom designed card as promised but that was too difficult for them to figure out. Instead, I received another standard card with their logo on it. Worse, my original card was cancelled while waiting on the new one to arrive, leaving me without access to my funds for 2 whole weeks...and all for nothing! 😒
