Not very efficient. To enter the birth date you have to go back month by month. If you're older than one year it will take you half an hour. I added the clinic and wanted to send a message and it wanted me to add a clinic. I uninstalled it.

Horrible app, nothing works. I wish my medical company that makes me use it would discover how bad it is. They expect me to communicate with my therapist and them through it, but it has no working method for this. No recipients in the message part, no appointments listed although I have a standing appointment, nothing in news, etc. Worthless.
