This app and the website have gone from being good to horrible. The last four times I have placed an order with quicklly I have had problems of some kind or the other. Once the delivery person went to the wrong address, and took them forever to reroute the delivery. Another time, I was given a delivery window of 4-8pm, but the delivery arrived at 10pm. I thought it was a one time thing. But this happened Again, delivered late at night or some days later!! The est. delivery times are all wrong.

Ordered groceries here, especially halal meat items at good prices. The order comes within a day or two. The app is easy to use. The good thing is they combine items from multiple stores and sometimes give coupons. The helpline is friendly and replies fast.
