| 2025-01-28 |  |  | Since the update this app is horrible, learn from wealthsimple they know what's up, NO transaction fees, app is responsive and intuitive with lots of perks and discounts. Questrade please DON'T give me your copy paste reply DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, IT HAS BEEN YEARS!! evolve or fade it's simple as that. |
| 2025-01-28 |  | | I have tried to use this app: It is a big NO for me compared to the old app. Bad UI taking more time to navigate. e.g. In the old app it takes 1 click to see combined USD / CAD: this app takes 2 plus lag. e.g. Everything is too spaced out meaning more scrolling and time wasted. Generally laggy UI. Zooming in Charting is bugged after switching ticker; also lacking technical indicators and features that Yahoo Finance has. Fund Transfer takes me out of app to login again when the old app does not. |
| 2025-01-24 |  | | The fees are far too high if you plan on actively trading. They do offer the "advanced trader" package, which seems to indicate that they want active traders. They are taking in revenue for it. But the cost of trading is very prohibitive. It almost encourages more reckless behavior (more premium to cover trading costs = higher risk). If you're a buy and hold person, this platform is the best. If you want to trade, I recommend elsewhere. |

| 2025-01-18 |  | | This and the other Questrade app both struggle to provide an intuitive user experience. Even with recent changes, it's been difficult to find what you're looking for. Now this app doesn't even appear to display a history of transactions (like dividend issues). I don't like complaining—I really just want to see Questrade succeed, but to do that, we need the usual things we're looking for and looking to do in predictable places. |

When switching to another screen the data and graphs like 5 seconds later. And the app is unresponsive during that time. Sometimes I have to go back and then back to the screen to get a reponse And lastly doesn't offer fractional order. |

| 2024-12-16 |  | | Barley any different from the last app, and why are there two apps now? I got both and there seem to be such few differences. Not very user friendly either bc where's the chart on this app? And what's the point of adding links that take you to chrome for transfers when I can just do it in chrome? Not much added functionality in this new one. If anything it feels like it's taken away from the last interface. Adding features in app that are on the desktop would be really useful. |
