Ordered €30 worth of goods from this app last week. Took about 40 minutes for the order to be accepted and then after waiting over an hour, I check the status of my order only to see that it said my items had been delivered (they were not). Tried to use the 'help' option on the app and it didn't work, tried sourcing a correct support number or email but no luck. I might as well have thrown €30 down the drain as I can't get in contact with anyone to get a refund and resolve the issue.

Updated recently. Used to be good. Now most of the restaurants I want to buy from flag as busy even during midweek. My money is sitting in their wallet and I have to order from a takeaway I don't want. It was a decent app but wont be keeping it. And I don't like having to place money in QIQs bank account, why can't you just pay the price directly. Ridiculous!
