| 2022-03-11 |  | | It's hard to deal with. Randomly it won't work and you have to have a secure access code and a new password. I've been through so many passwords that I can't remember it or think of a new one. So I can't ever access my account. |

| 2021-01-02 |  | | Used to be great, now not so much.. I used to love this app. It was fast and made online banking a breeze. However it appears as though there isn't much app maintenance and over the last several months I have very rarely ever been able to even log in. It just keeps saying it's loading or what not and never actually gets there. This is incredibly frustrating when on the go and looking to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills etc. Time of day logging on made zero difference. Ugh. Please fix. |
