The UI definitely needs improvement. Having the Menu button be on the bottom right corner, and it opening on the left side is a just clunky and odd. Why not put them on the same side? There are features that seem necessary for a banking app, that aren't on this one (ex. you can manage external accounts but not M2M linked accounts). Certain buttons, like Transfer and Deposit Check, already have their own dedicated Quick-tab in the More tab. You should be able to customize your quick-action tabs

Well, there's a new update and it's not compatible with my phone so the only way I can access my account is online. I was using the app multiple times a week and now can't at a. Pretty infuriating. Also, APlus is just telling users to upgrade. Not everyone has that option without jumping through hoops to reprogram the phone. Looking at other credit union apps in the Play store and it seems 10s if not 100s of them are still compatible. Only APlus decided certain users shouldn't have the app.
