Takes around 5-15 minutes for it to connect to panel if it will at all. My CCTV and home heating, all on different apps all work first time. This is rubbish!!!!! EDIT TO REPLY TO REPLY Ive has this system for 5 years and it's never worked. MK1 of this app hopeless as well. MK2 just spins and takes 15 mins or so to connect. In the 5 years I have changed from android to iPhone and back to android. That makes no difference either. Many other comments on here others saying the same thing..
