Bob Spaine, 2025-02-01This app was amazing for years but has been purely buggy for the past 6 months forcing me to have WAY TOO MUCH interaction with customer support, which often takes a little too long for my comfort. I hope it improves and if I renew they can offer me some kind of discount to do so. I've had to reset my password too many times and have had to many hassles for a simple VPN, which should be seamless. All this said, customer support is always very polite and helpful.
