Siempre me lo regresan el mismo dia pero toca esperar a que te lo regresen y la tarjeta quiera volver a funcionar. La App tiene mucho que mejorar. Entre esas la atención al cliente y la modalidad de la comunicación con un agente. Y la otra que opino es muy importante es que debería pedir una clave o la huella al abrir la app para proteger tu dinero en caso que te roben el celular. |
