Great concept. I do use it daily and benefit from it, but desperately needs UX improvements. #1 priority is give users the ability to toggle off the video auto-play. Default should be not to play at all. It's impossible to use the app while listening to audio on your headphones because auto-play videos cut off the sound with every exercise. Users should also be able to reorder the exercise sequence without having to request from the therapist. Also please let us log a previous day's activities!
