The developers need to add the ability to add additional comments and pictures to maintenance requests after creating them.Also, when creating a maintenance request and choosing the option "other" the option to set priority disappears. There is also no option for plumbing in any of the sub options after choosing the area of issue. You should also be able to go in and update the priority if you open a ticket and the situation escalated to an emergency.
