2024-11-27 | Updated Review: After an OS update and a reinstall of the app, it now works like a charm! I got a call today from a rep at PSCU to follow up on the initial trouble I posted about, and got me all squared away! It's actually refreshing when a live person reaches out in response to an issue posted on a public forum and sees through to a resolution. Brilliant! | ||

The menus are kinda glitchy and it's hard to change my profile. When trying to take a picture of the back of a check, the camera inverts and the check gets super stretched and wonky. 2022-05-15 | My previous rating was 1 star because after an update it'd hardly ever load correctly and often not work correctly. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it has (so far) given me no issues. Will update if it happens again. App is great otherwise, highly recommend this CU to anyone looking for a place to keep their money; helpful and friendly staff. App works well. Every single problem I've ever had (with that being very few) has been resolved easily in my 13 years with them. | ||

I think the app could also benefit from a redesign, with a little bit more of a modern & refreshed look. Sometimes it doesn't log me in or my screen just goes white/blank. 2022-01-20 | I find the app to be useful, but I do know that there are plenty of times when the app isn't working, which I find frustrating - more often than I'd prefer. Sometimes it just spins and spins with nothing happening. Overall, I do like being able to get my banking done without going into the local branch. For some reason, my mobile deposit usually doesn't work, but my husband's does 🤷🏽♀️. Now that I think of it, maybe it's a 3-star and not a 4-star app 🤔. I'll keep it at 4, I guess. | ||
2022-01-15 | After 2 months, the app went back to not working properly. Having to log in more than 3 times. Crashing after logging in. And freezing up. Total disappointment. Thinking of changing banks. EDIT...It's now Jan. 2022 and the app still crashes. The IT dept is not helpful at all. Calls to them go ignored. Time to change banks. It's too bad, because the folks in the branches are great. IT ...Not so much. | ||
2021-09-03 | Update 9/3/2021. Still no change-App is slow to refresh. Sometimes itoves quickly but then suddenly it freezes or takes forever to refresh when you change screens... you'd think there was money to develop a good app with your financial institution. |
