I am using the latest update. 2 years past and no improvement. Try again this stupid application, when app ask for OTP, OTP sent by sms, upon received, had input it less than 1 minutes and the result is OTP no longer valid and ask to request new again. Tried it several times and same thing. Why Prudential for insurance have to use this stupid app, even the app name is for health and fitness, nothing related to access and manage insurance policy.

I can't login. I have my correct password and email by asking me to login through social channels. When i login using facebook it shows an error. When i login through gmail it says my account is connected to another social channel.
