i uninstalled and reinstalled the app only to encounter this recurring issue whereby the app keeps shutting off even though auto start is on which should allow it to run in the background yet it keeps shutting off.

Had this app for quite awhile Works well. However, when I upgraded to a new phone, I could not install it on my new phone at a cost of $18.90 for a year. They haven't responded to me, nor is it showing up in subscriptions, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
