Almost every time I try to use this app it gives me an error code "oops this can't be right"! Sometimes I clear the cache and it works again and sometimes it only works for a couple minutes after doing that. There is no update for it either. And a lot of times if I actually manage to put a receipt in, it does not go through because something happens while it's trying to go through . As far as I know, this is the same co. as Swagbucks and being that big you think these apps would work right!?

Jeff Withopf, 2025-01-09The app worked correctly for a bit. My reciepts give me duplicate messages when it's scanned. It doesn't show up in the ledger or in activity to submit a ticket. Support sucks. Can't submit a help ticket through the app, can't take a picture of the reciept for support, then can't submit it anyway. You're just out of luck overall. Guess I'll wait for a bit to see if the technical bugs get worked out then just delete if they don't! This ago is not worth it right now with the bugs.
