This app is useless. It never follows the correct settings, and always reads something different than what is actually set on the thermostat or in the schedule, making this app pointless. The whole reason why we installed this thermostat was to control our temps remotely for our business through the app, and is gives us problems every day. Calling support resolves nothing. It seems they are well aware of the problems and do not care to fix them

Really tired of the app CONSTANTLY setting itself to have a schedule no matter how many times I disable the function. I have animals that require a certain ambient temperature and this happening is dangerous to them. Don't get this type of thermostat in your house unless you want it to change your preferences constantly. Manufacturer doesn't seemed concerned.
