What a rip off. called What I thought was AC repair place to get my AC fixed And ended up having to pay for this thing, never told it was a subscription. So I paid $150 a year. Have access to a limited pool of repair people for a limited type of repair, basically HVAC and AC and someplumbing? Save money and just call a place out, hopefully they won't trick you into a subscription. |
| 2023-09-05 |  | | I noticed my AC wasn't working and it has been so so hot this summer!! I tried playing around with it and seeing if I could fix it but that was an epic fail. Thanks to premium home service who came out within two hours of me calling them and got the job done! Highly recommend! |

Do not give them your credit card information, as they will sign you up for annual subscription service without your consent, which is what happened to me. And what's even worse, I can't even get a written or emailed estimate from them. The app doesn't even have an unsbcribe option. |

I live in a remote area and I could not find any companies that would come out to service me online my neighbor recommended this company I was out of their service area but they said if you pay an additional travel charge we will come out to you. I gave them the green lite and I'm glad I did they did a great job at my home I highly recommend them. |

The job they did replacing my electric panel was extraordinary. I asked them to come back and install smoke detectors as well, and they did a great job with that too! I'm giving them five stars and will definitely use them for any electrical work. |

I placed an online request for service to have my garbage disposal replaced, I got a call back within 20 James and Dan we're very friendly, professional they installed my new garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. He had three options on his van that I was able to choose from he was ready to go the new disposal is a lot quieter and works amazing. |

They were able to come out on a Sunday give me an estimate on a garage door that my teenage son accidentally hit. They took the time to explain all the options. Now we have a beautiful new garage door that will last for many years that makes our house look a lot nicer they were able to install it the same day I highly recommend them. |

I noticed the injector pump was not working, I went on Google called a few companies. premium home service was the only one able to come out that day. the technician arrived at set up big blowers to dry everything. Ran to home Depot and had the pump replaced within an hour it's really amazing to see these guys operate and it's really great that we have this kind of service here in our area these guys deserve a five-star review. |
