I set the app to alert me whenever my balance is below a thousand dollars in our acct for house bills. When it alerts, it does not tell you any negative balance. It'll just make whatever negative balance there look positive so it looks like there's more in your account than there is and then they fee you on the backside of it. I brought it up to the attention of the manager at the Poland branch and nothing has been done in months. The app doesnt represent or alert you the balance to their gain

The user interface will go blank if you change apps, which is frustrating when you try to get a confirmation code from email or trying to link bank accounts. The app in general is not user friendly
