It's just impossible to use the app because it keeps returning network error. The first time I downloaded it some months ago I was expecting to see updated version but uptill now the problem remains even the website that I have accessed before is not showing any content. Premium pension do something.

This app is just useless, no record is showing on the app even when all my details are complete. Does that mean I won't be able to have access to my account/records? I've tried logging in several times with the same issue. The page that is meant to show the track record is blank, also showing current balance is 1000 I tried using the live chat, after lodging my complaints, the personnel attending to me didn't respond again.

I haven't been able to register for almost 3 months now, it kept telling me invalid email and thats the same email i use for everything. I'm thinking of changing to others because I'm tired of this.

I haven't been able to register or login on several trials. It kept telling me network error after a long buffering... Tried this morning, it says "PEN number or Username or Number cannot be registered twice..." I'm befuddled. I tried login in, it was bulaba everywhere... Ok, change my password, all I got was balablu bluuu bulaba after another long buffering. I am tired...

I just downloaded the app, signed up, but I couldn't log in and I even tried resetting my password twice, still same thing. Please help!! I need to check my statement of account, its urgent. IT please help rectify

Very disappointed in your App. Trying to login and it keeps telling me incorrect password. And while trying to reset my password the App is not sending me the 6 digit to reset my password.

Am Disappointed in your apps ...You are not ready with this thing how on earth person can5 register with your apps...Mtsww am Disappointed seriously you supposed to give an expert to design Dis apps for you....But unfortunately You allow one shallow brain dead do it for you...I want to register but it refused to register all telling me error ...And I completed everything ...Even your So called AGENTS can't rectify the Issue ...🤦🤦🤦...They only told me to forget about it...Am disappointed

After downloading the application and successfull activation through my email, I was unable to login to the App. In keep on showing me invalid pin and RSA pin doesn't exist.. Why????

Can't login Ever since last month (January) I sent a mail for my retirement and they have me a form to fill which I have also done that and I received a message after I have filled the form online and they said they will get back to me and ever since then, I haven't heard from them since middle of last month, and I was so surprised that I can't login into my account on the app and even on website
