The app doesn't start. It keeps asking for a VIN registration I didn't ask for. Doesn't connect with Bluetooth OBDII. Couldn't start at all. I have and android phone

Used the app for a while what i don't understand is when i make an unplanned stop and charge ~ 10kw the arrival kw will remain at 8kw. It was already at 8kw before the unplanned stop. When i exit the app and remove the trip ans plan it again then the remaining kw is ~18kw. The app is connected to the car so it should know that.
