Swap or teleport doesnt work from ethereum network, my money is stuck

Unable to harvest or withdrawal funds on pancakeswap, aptos network. still there farming but unable to do anything. Getting error messeges when trying to unstake. same error goes thru the web page with chrome extension. Try reaching support... no luck.
