This app used to be pretty good and has become almost unusable. I'm paying them about $1,500 per month and it's one major bug after another. Total joke and will be looking for a new property management software shortly at this rate. When you're managing 25 properties and you can't access your inbox from your property management software, that's a sign that it's time to go.

I am having problems with the site and have sent literally 50 emails to customer service and I have been scheduled with three virtual meetings that no one has showed up to. I paid $400 for this app and cannot use it after 5 months. There is no phone number to call anyone for customer service and customer service will not call you. I would not refer anyone to use this app.
