First 2 times it just straight up closes immediately, the 3rd time I get the Green lightening bolt, then it closes. The fourth, it says "app has suddenly shut down" the I have hit "close app." THEN I can open and use the app normally. Other than that it's great. But if you guys can fix that one big it would be gold. |
| 2023-04-14 |  | | Sadly the latest 'redesign' has made it near impossible to find sellers you know, let alone ones you may be interested in, unless they're Japan LA who run Popshop and get plaster all over the main page. Plus as a seller, every month it's a struggle to get them to pay out when a withdrawal is requested. It's like all the love and actual care about the platform went out the window once Covid started settling down, now they're just like Etsy; supporting big sellers and crushing the ones. |

It's the only app that heats it up when I'm watching seller's. Please fix this. One more problem is the shipping. Shipping is way too high (8.99 or 10.99). I could be wanting to buy just a card and the shipping cost more than the item itself, like geez! Lower the shipping |

I wanna see the shops I'm following in a easy format and be able to mark shops as my favorite for easier accessing and see upcoming shows. I find myself using this app less and less because of this which equals less buying and I know I'm not the only one. Customer service is now horrible. I get no response other than an auto reply. Sellers are raising prices and have less products/different products. |

I've never had an issue using my credit card on any app or website before and I've had it for years. The people working in support just gave me a copy and paste response. I emailed them giving more info about the issue and haven't received any response for two weeks now. Poor support and the app has a lot of issues that need to be fixed. I would give zero stars if permitted. |
