2024-11-16	Tim Seacat	It won't let me delete old pitches or sessions. They keep coming back. And the radar will start going crazy and recording random speeds over and over when no balls were thrown.

2024-09-18	Ken Scoggins	Good for tracking sessions but borderline useless for video with the speed overlay. The clips per pitch isn't consistent & many don't show video. If you delete a pitch (random velo; not smart enough to determine pitch vs the hit) then suddenly clips that had video no longer do. If you want a whole video of game, you're effed if Export to Photos isn't set first. And if you think it's set, it may have been reset by an update. No way to get videos out afterward. Totally walled off. Absolute TRASH.
2024-09-04	Chain Link Parent	Editing for the new version that requires subscription. It doesn't work. I can't access the menu to log in or out, the app just crashes any time I leave the landing screen. Good thing they're charging for this now that they've broken it again. I just hope it takes them a year to fix it like last time they broke it. Absolutely ridiculous.
2024-06-01	Kin Gambrell	App Crashes. Video is glitchy. I have yet to be able to connect it to sidelinehd live streams. Worst battery life of anything I've ever owned. And yes you can use external battery pack but for 400$ (399) you should not have to. Batteries last like 30 min if paired in Bluetooth mode.
2024-01-18	Michael Mixon	My initial rating would have been 1.5 stars. I was having many of the issues that others have reported with inconsistency when using the app. I went into settings on the app and allowed it to export photos and videos to the gallery on my phone (Android). This at least gave me a backup of each video. The actual problem is that the app doesn't prompt the user to give it permissions on the phone. This is a developer issue. I manually allowed all 5 permissions and now the app works perfectly.
2023-07-29	Michael Hurst	Frustrating is the best word to describe my time with the app. Bought the Smart Coach radar, cable and cradle from them directly. Made an account went through the setup, it will NOT connect to my phone (Android). My phones Bluetooth sees it, but app doesn't. Read all the FAQ, gave it all the permissions, checked my phones Android build, zero reasons to have this be such a challenge. Stand alone holding the button down it registers speed fine, but using it with the app, zero success!
2023-07-01	Mario Jimenez	After the app automatic update, the app no longer recognizes the smart coach pocket radar. Is there a way I can go back to the legacy app? This new app is not cutting it for me. Update: for the application to recognize pocket radar, the phone must have location enabled. Still some problems with video recording consistency, but at least it now works.
2023-06-11	Joseph Zufall	Updated review from 03/2023. If there was a 0, this app would be it. App continues to not work on either apple or Android platforms. Velocities are being read, but not tagged to video consistently. When velocity is tagged in video, it continues to have the wrong video associated to the velocity list in the app. $400 for the smart coach that functions like the ball coach. Fix this or start using refunds.
2023-05-28	Joe Baksha	Love the new upgrade but there are two critical issues that need to be fixed. 1. You can not zoom the camera on video capture. You could on old version. 2. Exporting videos not intuitive and I've only guess it out once and can't see it now. A nice to have if it integrated with Drive so you just upload right there.
