J HWANG, 2024-09-17Terrible service and unusable interface – avoid at all costs! UI is a complete disaster, totally unusable. I tried reaching out for help multiple times but received no call support whatsoever. I sent dozens of messages through the "Contact Us" form on their website, and it feels like a scam because no one responded. When they finally did reply. They told me to cancel the service myself without even explaining which options to select for a refund. Don't waste your time or money on this.
