chris sproat, 2025-01-27You can't easily withdraw or deposit money, therefore, the promos are pointless..the site glitches, and then you lose your free spins, and they send you promotions on games that will not load. I have even deleted, then reinstalled the app, and that didn't resolve the issue. I contacted customer support, but all they did was confirm that I received the promotion. They didn't offer me anything to replace what I couldn't play. They knew that the game wouldn't load. This has happened twice now.
