| 2025-01-27 |  | | The game is pretty and has well done graphics. The pay to win is HUGE, and the pop-ups are annoying. I like the unit design, kits, and diversity. I HATE the competitive events.. stop making all your events a "tournament".. it's annoying when you finally decide to save up all your resources and also decide to spend a little money just to get out "scored" by pay to win players 2 hours before the event ends, it's annoying, frustrating, and a buzz kill. P.s. please as x3 speed. The game is so slow. |
| 2025-01-27 |  | | Multi year player here.. This game has been such soul sucking, money hungry, time wasting game of chance. I have so much time and money invested that I cannot just throw it away. I have always spent a little money here and there, but this last event i spent around $250( my electric bill) on shards to try and get better champs so I can better compete. It was a 2x and 10x the chance weekend. I was rewarded with outdated, less than mediocre champions. I am very upset and depressed with this game. |

Trying to collect rewards does not always go smoothly. I thought it was a touch sensativity issue, but it only happens with this app. |

Anyways I just noticed on the playtime rewards I had like 3 minutes left but when I left the main screen to upgrade a character and quickly went back to claim the rewards it said like 21 minutes left. it cheated me like 17 mins more that I have to play before I can win that reward. This is some b.s. |
| 2025-01-16 |  | | The game is awesome. It looks great, the strategy element is good. Most things about it are great. However, the champion pool for shards is very watered down, and needs some updates to account for the dozens of new champions we've gotten. Another thing (the biggest in my opinion) is the events/fragment summons/fusions. I was looking forward to the Mad Hatter fusion but because I'm Free to play, I didn't have the resources to do the fusion. I think the events like this should be more F2P. |
| 2025-01-16 |  | | The game is too hard to play, and demands too much for too little. Chimera dungeon is crashing every time I enter for a full week as of today I lost out on 2 rewards. It's the only content crashing on my phone. Now to justify it's not connection issues I have spend around $200 dollars on a new phone just for content even though I just got a new phone recently. I don't like being gate blocked from content but that seems to be the case. |

When you complain they will try to tell you it's custom offers but it's not. It can all be found in the shop part of the game. This is a pay to win game through and through. Not worth the download plus there are much better games out there that aren't pay to win. Don't waste your time! |

However, the constant advertisements with time sensitive "special offers" that pop up over and over are absolutely disgusting. "This will be the last time you see this offer", with constant offers back to back just preys on the idea that you'll "fall behind" if you don't hurry and spend $50 immediately! Not a single offer under $20. Literally selling a single summon with a 2% chance of a decent unit for $20. Pay-to-win times a million. Trash. |
| 2025-01-11 |  | | Starting to get very disappointed.3 years in,very slow progress.Other issues with events and tournament points.Many more issues,only have 500 characters to type.I paid money on this game a while back,if I hadn't,I would probably give up,can't afford "Pay to Play" advancement.It's disappointing to have really good champions,but have it take weeks or months to advance one,especially after all that time,the champion still needs more(unless you play the game 18 hours a day instead of paying). |

After that wears off I began to see it's all rewards that don't really help you in game and then once you get into the game it falls off fast. People set up teams that only have additional buffs or gear that allows synergy so you can't even begin to have an actual battle and then you see the money grab aspect shoved in your face. If you have money it's a great game otherwise it's every other glossy money grab game |
