I was approached by phone by these people and promised a bolt-on e-sim for my travels abroad for £15 per visit. Turns out it was a complete lie and the bolt on costs £9 per day. The only reason I changed to them was for this offer. They also changed me to an O2 contract saying that I'd get better reception in my home, when I was very happy with Vodafone. Turns out this was a complete lie as well, and it was actually because they can't use Vodafone contracts. App doesn't work either. Scammers

Bad service Overcharged by almost 100% on top of my bill, £81 for a sim contract only and tied up in the contract for 3 years. Refused to support me as I was told to talk to the third party sales agency. Avoid Plan.
