| 2022-07-03 |  |  | I live abroad & use this app to order for my dad in Scarboro. It's a useful idea, but because of time difference, app won't let me place an order for ASAP. Forces me to pre order for a specific time, but sends order to the restaurant with the time difference added on, (I pre order for 5pm but app tells the restaurant 10pm). My Dad waits 5 hours for his food. Not acceptable. No way to communicate with app other than this feedback here. No support desk. No answer on their Facebook page either 👎 |
