| 2022-06-18 |  | | Cancelled the order 5 mins before it was due to be delivered with no explanation other than "there was an issue with your order". States money will be refunded in 2-3 days. Waited nearly an hour for the food only to have it cancelled at the delivery point. Really wanted to give this a go and support local businesses but won't be using again. |
| 2022-04-27 |  | | With companies like this you expect to be protected when a vendor does not deliver in the way they are supposed to. Unfortunately this is not the case with Chester eats. They take the money and pass responsibility back to the vendors when an order is wrong, when I contacted the vendor, they had left the phone off the hook. Really disappointed at how Chester eats turned out as it was a great idea. Don't protect their customers, just their pockets |
