My experience is nearly identical to Melanie's review! This app has great features for a free app, but quality is something to be addressed; including calls, notifications, and most certainly their options for help or tech support! I have submitted NUMEROUS support tickets over the last month and NOBODY has reached out to me. At this point our phone number is probably a lost cause. It's very sad that I haven't gotten one lick of help for the issue...

I found this app to have everything I wanted & needed. I loved all the features it offers and the price was good. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it locked me out of my account and even though it was my fault they still have not gotten back to me. So, I've had to go to a different phone app for my second line. I would rather come back to use TextFree because the new one is charging me $7 a week! I can't afford that and even if I could, that's insane! I want to come back to TextFree. How?
