I love that the app is very user friendly, and the interface is nice! I love how the app connects us to a large variety of HBBs and stores for us to order from. And very convenient delivery and pickup! Highly recommended!

Don't ever use this platform to buy anything. Placed an order, delivery slot was 10am to 2pm. Waited all afternn but it was not delivered. Contacted customer service to resolve the issue because no one was at home to receive the frozen food item after 6pm. Waited on the chat for 1h n template answers were given. Frozen food item left outside the house all night. Customer service is beyond terrible.
