Hi, this is my second time to use this app, before this I use all is good, easy to use and love it.. but now when I try to use it again it keep loading at pop up "please wait" but nothing happen, already try to uninstall and install back.. but still same.. please fix this...tq

Downloaded and switched on and was told I wasn't connected to the internet ??? This is despite being at home within 8 feet of the WiFi. I was then ejected from the app.
