The Snapshot program is as crooked as a carnival game! Determined to lower my rate 40% they say it will. I drove 2 miles to work & back, 10miles under speed limit so I could roll to a stop & not get docked for hardbrakes. My phone was AWAY in tightly secured part of car, I was NOT on it. I got docked for hardbrakes & phone usage by day 2?! Worst part- I informed Snapshot to remove the error. They can read the movement on phone for proof of both errors, they still wouldn't fix it! I was docked!

Very easy to use. Snapshot is terrible. You need to make sure you check it every few days. It'll misread your trip thinking you turned out other roads you didn't turn down, mark you as the passenger, randomly mark the start and end of your trip at different locations. Due to this error, I don't trust when it says I use my phone, hard brake or accelerate. If the location feature is as far off as it shows, then I am more than positive the other features are way off too.
