| 2024-08-08 |  | | Repeated issues. Phone calls don't come through, Blue tooth connection is poor as volume is quiet so customers can't hear me if I use headphones or speaker. If I change screens, person can no longer hear me. I frequently have to contact support for same issues. They tell me to just uninstall and reinstall the app. It does work but I have to do this almost daily. |

Every few weeks something gets changed behind the scenes, and I am forced to interact with the support team. Calls not being received, routing and mailbox setup being changed, app settings being erased, and the list goes on and on. Just when I think I have gotten a bug handled and everything is working, I find out the service has been wonky for (?). Save yourself the headache. |
| 2024-06-18 |  | | Downwards from the beginning. Prior to the update a week or two ago, the app was a little less desirable. Voice messages don't register. Missed calls don't appear. Call quality wasn't the greatest. After the update, it would connect to my car via bluetooth then call itself. The only way to disconnect the call would be to force stop the app. There was no way to disconnect the call from the car. Voice messages are now silent when I play them. The web control panel has never been user friendly. |

I don't have caller ID in my call history or with inbound calls. I don't have voicemail transcriptions. And if the app is in my systems tray, text notifications don't come through. |
| 2023-04-27 |  | | Nice to be able to take work calls remotely, but... Call dial out about 20% of the time. The other 80% it says dialing but there is no ring tone and then goes back to dial pad. Next calls are often dropped. Next there is sometimes about an 8 second delay when talking, which leads to a lot of awkward interruptions in conversation. I haven't noticed this last problem since May of 22 though. |

Update: they still haven't fixed the app. It is completely useless! Update 6/28/22. Can't even open the app without it crashing immediately. Worst app ever. Can't conduct business remotely. Have to use my laptop instead of my cell phone. Can't make or receive calls on my cell. |

Recently, when the app would actually open, it would claim to be dialing out without ever actually connecting about 80% of the time. I have also randomly stopped receiving voicemail and text notifications, meaning that I have to actively seek them out. This app continues to be eternally frustrating. |

Sometimes can't answer incoming calls because the keyboard won't register with the app. Recent calls never show up so I miss calls and can't call back. Calling out doesn't use the number as stated and uses my personal number. Overall this should never be used for business. Terrible. |

Normally you can't answer calls, you can't dial out unless you try 8 times, and there are about a dozen other constant issues. Of course, I contacted customer service. In March they told me to get screenshots of the app everytime it malfunctioned. It only took a day for me to complete the deranged Pokemon hunt they assigned to me. I emailed back with the screenshots and never heard back. |
| 2021-04-18 |  | | I cannot comment on the high end functions, but as a low-end user, this needs some work. This can interfere with your personal voicemail and some call settings. There should be a notification for idle time of ~15+ mins to log out. Closing it will keep it active without any warning. It is cheap, though. And that's why I don't give it 1 star. But general functionality could use some work still. It's such a hassle that I just uninstall it when I'm not using it- and that's a bad sign. |
