Nightmare to update software. Shows need update the lights so I turn on all the lights yet always shows try again later. Too many menus, useful settings are buried deep. Confusing mess. And app forces you to assign new light to a room so adds another step when want adjust light, i just want to have light by itself so easier to navigate to! Anytime power goes out all the lights go on so if on vacation come back with alights all on. Developed by complete morons.

Rob Rob, 2025-01-18UI needs improvement - selecting and implementing customizations from the Labs is still, years later, very complicated and confusing. If you move a bulb, or worse several bulbs, good luck. Deleted everything, tried to start from scratch- rooms won't save, can't add a bulb after the fact, just super duper terrible whatdoyouevendohere level badness.
