Performance of app gets worse with every update. App hangs/freezes every time I try to log an infusion. Accessing reports or factor supply has NEVER worked.

I just received the striiv fitness tracker and there is no option in the app to add a device. It does not exist in the other options menu. I am unable to use this app or device. Update, after deleting the app and reinstalling , I discovered you have to be the paitent to use it. It will not work for caregivers.
