Because this app wasn't working, I had to have my eVisit with my doctor over the phone. As an Executive Admin and business owner I've worked with numerous conferencing apps for the past 12+ years. In spite of following all directions, no matter how I accessed the app there were no options to enter the meeting code. All the app did is show me video of myself myself. No error codes, no valid menu options, I checked my wifi and data, tried a force stop... same thing.

Just had an important doctor's appointment using this app. I logged in okay, but multiple people were having issues with audio. We ended up just using the phone. I completely missed the appointment. This app does a simple job and doesn't do it well
