| 2024-06-18 |  | | Frustrating when it constantly says "Online classes registration currently unavailable" when attempting to book a class. Why is it doing this? Goals doesn't seem to work as expected. I visited twice this week and it hasn't changed from 0% on the dashboard. |

Once I book a session at one or the other of the two fitness centres, then I need to turn my phone off before I can book at the other company. Otherwise, it says "invalid company." |

| 2023-03-13 |  | | Generally easy to use the app to book a class.. however, if you are on the waiting list it doesn't notify you if you actually get accepted into the class. Also, if you rate a class there is no ability to make a comment to explain the rating given. There are features that appear irrelevant e.g. the points each month with warnings not to drop a level, but nobody at reception can explain what that is about!! |
