Good for lic but I think still need to proper team support work. bcs mostly customer care person not responding after calling for revert call

We have not joined you because we get new posters of LIC every day. For the last few months, FUP is not getting regular updates. So improve it. Also, stop the system that sends OTPs as often as new information is required. Pay attention to the fact that once an OTP comes in a day, everything should open automatically.
