Encouraged to migrate to the app because the card was being phased out. Worked for a while then after a day of poor wifi in a pub we appear to have an " open tab". We can't clear it because it doesn't exist BUT this means that we can no longer collect any points. We can no longer log out of any pub we visit or the app. We've had no response to emails either. Bring back the card.
