Your cancel button at the end of a show doesn't work. Never has! I hate that you don't allow us to remove the auto play. I don't want another video played. Often I tried to pause the video in the last minute of the show, and it's not an option and that's stupid. I want to read very important things listed at the end of some shows and you can't pause or CANCEL. Put cancel on the other side and make it bigger. Allow us to remove auto play to the next show!!

Sarah, 2025-01-28I've been trying to update via my google subscriptions to the ad-free version, yet it isn't working. I've tried on 3 browsers and cleared my cache and cookies. I've also contacted support via peacock chat/help and they gave me the same instructions that didn't work. I would just like to update, however, if it's this hard, then I'm not sure the subscription is worth it. Please assist or update and fix your issues/bug(s), please and thank you.
