This apps and bank is useless my husband ATM is stuck in bdo ATM machines because it's not allowed to withdraw how useless it is..

Liar. Misleading. They said starter account will not require id but their support will not confirm it. On their site, it says you can open starter account with no id at any branch and link it to this app.
