So far, so good, very simple, easy to use, and understand. I took 1 star off because I don't like that you have to pay every month to have certain stores unlocked. It's not a total deal breaker, it's just kind of like a money grab. Because there are other pay in 4 apps that'll possibly give you a higher spending limit and you have access to all of the stores. But, Four overall, is good, and I would recommend.

Brittani Laws, 2025-02-03Four started off going well, but when I didn't pay the bill the day it was due, I received a late fee of $7. Per their policy, if you make the past due bill within 7 days, the late fee will be removed. This isn't true. I've tried emailing and reaching out, but no one responds, and theirs not a number to call. It's impossible to reach out to anyone if there's a problem. Very sad...
