Dang app ain't open! Wanted to load and use my birthday reward but your app won't open! Please fix it! App doesn't move pad the Salata name screen and an error pops up

I have tried to sign up several times. The first few times it wouldn't show my address to be entered. I deleted and pulled the app. Now I can't even get the login to pull. I think you didn't want to give the rewards. Doing these websites aren't difficult. Either fix it or hire new IT to do a more user friendly app. I would like my rewards.
