The Green Guardian smoothie has been my go-to (Mr. Greengenes & Hi-Fibe are also good) & is very filling. I have also tried the Juice Farmacy Lemon Lozenge (it used to have elderberry adding a nice purplish hue) which helps with cold symptoms, but I believe the Cold Warrior, Defender, Immunity A.S.A.P (has elderberry) & shots serve a similar purpose including preventive. The Gramercy crew has been very pleasant.
