2024-12-31 | Their kiosk was out of order and only said so after I had been charged. No tickets dispensing. Charged for overnight parking which was $12. Had to use the app and was only $5+. No option to choose specific hours on kiosk. Hard to get a hold of them no email, phone number provided on kiosk doesn't even work. And now they said they can't give a refund. Literal thieves and scammers. Reporting to BBB and FTC. | ||
2024-12-16 | If you increase your font 1 size in phone settings the vehicle list has the bottom half of the description text cutoff so you can't read the description. IRe: Their newest fix: They took away all the vehicle descriptions. Now all it shows is the license number. It's there...if you click a license number. But the idiots decided to put grey text on a grey background. P.S. Tried their"fix" but nothing changed. | ||
2024-12-07 | Refused to refund $1.35. Usually, when you attempt to park outside of the designated city times, the app will state of no collection and that street parking is free. But the app allowed me to pay for a 30-min morning block before the street parking start time. No way to cancel booking. Got a soulless email response. Lame. | ||
2024-10-31 | Who thought it was a good idea to add "promotional items" during the checkout process? I imagine the typical use case is someone standing on a sidewalk trying to pay the meter so they can get to an appointment of some sort (probably running late after hunting for an open spot). Why add delays by forcing one to read & accept/decline *multiple* offers before confirming the transaction so they can be on their way? What's next...The option to add a tip on top of the transaction fee? | ||

Currently, all accounts are identified by phone number, so if someone changes their phone number and forgets to update or delete their account information in your app, they may have future issues (especially if their old number gets reused by someone else). Please provide more contact info other than the chatbot. Overall though, the app is decent. The app does its primary job really well and is convenient. | ||
2024-09-29 | It was ok until we got a ticket for not paying. I was "late" to make the payment for less than a minute due to internet issues. The app doesn't allow you to pay when the reminder pops up. So, why does the app send you a message asking you to extend the time? You have to wait until the time is over to do the payment. That message to extend the time is only useful as a reminder. The app should allow you to renew the use of the parking spot, overlapping the time for at least 5 minutes. | ||
2024-08-31 | App reset itself, erasing all the locations I had saved, pretty laggy pretty often. Your APP should have a somewhat interactive and voice operable, map interface with the ability to check the location numbers where you park remotely (see lo the numbers foprobably could receive sponsorship from an industry leading company to introduce it under their umbrella) allowing the patron to pay for parking without having parked at that location before. Get a prepaid option, it'll be well received. | ||
2024-07-30 | So I parked, entered in the parking number and an officer informs me I'm in a loading zone and must repark. I reparked and was unable to figure out how to change the current parking session to the new number. Chatted with help, you know, an artificial unintelligent robot that did nothing but glitch out. Make it easy to update current sessions please. Great response from developer, rare. In Miami we need in app "need to repark?" pause and restart our time from the new spot. + 1 🌟 for developer! | ||
2024-06-13 | Refuses to take any payment methods; won't let you use Google pay at any locations; when you add a credit card that card never shows as available for selection, but when you try to add that card again it says the card is already on your account. Even the in person terminals rarely work even though that's not this app. Absolutely horrid | ||
2024-06-11 | If I could give 0 stars I would. No way to verify location as your paying. If you finger mash one # they will send you a few of $85 even though you already overpaid for the lot with the finger mash. Even though the date and time match up, the collections team can't have a brain and understand that you had in fact paid. That is the issue with using paybyphone. |
