| 2024-04-15 |  | | Well done technics/Pan. As of my second pair of Rw500's I've had a deep dive into the app knowing it's a game changer for sound. But the rest of the options is amazing from changing led lights on to off, you can even choose how you want to volume up, change tracks etc, these earphones literally do everything. You cannot turn volume up or down or any functions unless its in your ears, how it knows this?..plus they work fully independently, even anc for one eared phone calls.. amazing earbuds. HR |

They say earbuds are un-replacable and unrepairable even though their warranty specifically mentions repairs. If you bought any of their headphones or earbuds, I would just return them while in the return window. Not worth the headache. |

Pointless app. Pointless wireless earphones. What a waste of time and resources. Returning 🚮 Next 🙄 |
| 2021-10-16 |  | | Bye spyware broken Update software Panasonic. Forced the GPS to be enabled all the time to use the app im all updates! should be optional as explained! .... The app seems fine(BROKEN! EARBUDS) but having to enable the GPS every time to actually get into it is very annoying. Please make this optional as its unnecessary as turning off the GPS once opened and in the app still runs & seems only needed by option for the find feature. Just say that won't work if location isn't enabled. Read reviews! |
| 2021-09-01 |  | | It has you try and "connect" your headphones like it's a new set every time so pick the right eq the first time or you are going to have to spend a couple minutes to change it. Absolute garbage software for good headphones. Edit: the find feature is a nice little tune instead of a beep or something so good luck trying to pin point these things. Buy something else. |
