I have been using Palmtech inspection software for 2 years now. I normally wouldn't leave a bad review but the recent app crash has left me scrambling to find new software as I have had so many issues with theirs. The worst part is I'm on the west coast and they are in Ohio with limited time windows to answer any customer service calls and they rarely return them. I do like the report format but this is a bad headache and if your a new inspector find another software company.
